Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric BSc or BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying 3 – 7 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveying roles Registered or eligible as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP Proficient in WinQS, DimX, and advanced Excel Valid driver’s licence with the ability to travel to sites as required Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide financial forecasts Perform measurements from drawings and on-site inspections Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and value variations Monitor project expenditure and compile monthly cost reports Compile and price tender documents; attend briefings and evaluations Administer contracts, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation Act as client liaison on financial and contractual matters Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
