Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Modimolle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, with experience managing medium to large-sized company headcounts. They should be well-versed in legislative knowledge, specifically SABPP and BCEA/LRA, and possess excellent numerical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and benefits for employees
- Process employee data and ensure compliance with labor legislation
- Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in HR administration
- Experience managing medium to large-sized company headcounts
- SABPP or equivalent knowledge
- CCMA knowledge
- Strong numerical skills
Qualifications
- Matric HR Diploma or Equivalent
- Legislative Knowledge (BCEA/LRA)
- CCMA Knowledge
