About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Hospitality and Outdoor Ltd in Mokopane, Limpopo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations within our hotel/lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
- Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Welcome and host guests
- Deadline orientated and a good eye for detail and ability to multitask
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, organized and disciplined work ethics
- Respond to website, email and telephonic enquiries accurately, timeously and courteously
- Handle guest enquiries while establishing rapport with guests during booking process
- Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints
- Stock taking and month ends
- Ensure accurate detailed capturing of reservations (providing accurate information, quoting, booking, etc.)
- Maintain client database to ensure all guest information/details are complete
- Assist with maintaining an efficient administration system within the department
Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management preferred
- At least 3 years Front of House supervisory experience – Essential
- Previous hotel/lodge experience – Essential
- Excellent Customer Relations
- Experience with Reservations and PMS systems
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
- Excellent command of the English
- High level of telephone etiquette & excellent all-round communication skills
Qualifications
- Matric
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (preferred)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R 15 000 – R 18 000 pm DOE, Accommodation, All meals while on duty, Uniform
