Hire Resolve is currently seeking an Admin and Finance Clerk to join our client`s team in Mbombela. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the efficient functioning of financial and administrative processes within the organisation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and contribute to budget management.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, especially during peak seasons.
  • Process invoices, monitor accounts payable/receivable, and assist with financial reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in finance or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Pastel accounting software is advantageous.
  • Good physical health and the ability to walk around the factory premises for stock counting and other tasks.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
