Safari JOBS is in search of a talented, adaptable Hair Stylist to join a prestigious five-star luxury safari property in Mpumalanga. This modern salon provides an exclusive experience to discerning international guests, combining world-class service with the serenity of an African wilderness backdrop. The successful candidate will bring prior experience from luxury or high-end salon environments and be confident working with Caucasian hair. The ability to work with ethnic hair types will be considered a significant advantage. Key duties include washing, scalp massage, blow-drying, cutting, and styling for both men and women. Colouring and chemical treatments are currently not part of the service offering. During quieter periods, the stylist will support the lodge team with light operational tasks, such as boutique assistance, stock control, or guest room checks, as needed. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Formal hair related qualification from a recognized institution; Experience in a high end salon environment; Up to date with current industry trends; Strong customer service / guest contact skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Attention to detail whilst being able to work at a fast pace if the salon is busy; Highly presentable appearance; Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment – advantage; Residing in the Limpopo / Mpumalanga area advantage but not mandatory; Expats with valid work permits in place are welcome to apply. ??? ????????????????
