- Agricultural Diploma/Degree
- Minimum 8 years management experience in agriculture
- Proven experience with maize, soya & sorghum advantageous
- Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipment essential
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Computer literate
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Valid driver’s license
