About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Branch Manager to join our Parklands branch as part of our multi-franchise company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing outlet operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise outlet personnel
- Supervise outlet operations and ensure efficient day-to-day activities
- Improve efficiencies and streamline outlet activities to maximize financial performance
- Ensure sufficient stock levels and meet cost and delivery requirements
- Develop an enthusiastic and motivated team by building working relationships
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (with mathematical literacy minimum)
- Additional related courses/qualifications are advantageous
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of motor part sales
- Experience with profit and loss, balance sheet, and financial responsibilities
- Understanding of procurement and quality management systems (ISO 9001/45001)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Sales and customer interaction experience
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (with mathematical literacy minimum)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R25 000 to R35 000 CTC per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund and December Bonus.
