• Skills: Well-developed negotiation, analytical, and organisational capabilities
• Software: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous

DUTIES

• Purchasing & Sourcing: Negotiate, process, and manage daily purchase orders for HVAC equipment and components
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, assess vendor performance, and negotiate cost-effective pricing
• Project Support: Work closely with project managers to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and installation requirements
• Order Tracking: Oversee inventory levels, track deliveries, and proactively resolve shortages, discrepancies, or backorders
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and safety standards
