REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Web Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years` experience in a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in building reports and dashboards (Power BI preferred)
- Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML/CSS and CMS systems
- Experience with nopCommerce, Asana, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, JIRA) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance software to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-working abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Positive, “let’s go!” attitude, with a drive to succeed in a team setting
DUTIES:
Content Management:
- Oversee the editing, flow, and publishing of web content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and analysts to develop and update website content.
Website Development and Maintenance:
- Work closely with developers to implement and update website features and functionalities.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Assist in building custom reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and other tools.
- Develop automated data solutions and manage integration with Asana and other systems.
- Build and manage reports for internal use and external stakeholders.
User Experience Optimization:
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance user experience, including navigation, layout, and interactive elements.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Test and ensure quality assurance of web content and features before deployment.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, web standards, and best practices.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Actively contribute to a senior technical team driving creative change.
- Assist in exploring opportunities in AI, data-driven processes, and tech innovation.
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
