Busy Luxury Boutique Hotel in need of an experienced Banqueting Manager to oversee and manage all events * Tertiary hospitality/management qualification highly beneficial * Min.3yrs in equivalent position * Strong financial acumen in setting up event budgets and invoicing * OPERA bookings system knowledge essential. MS Office suite ability required * Knowledge of Health & Safety, Quality Control, Customer Care, Menu Development and costing * Previous experience in isolated Lodges/Boutique hotels will be a benefit * Will need to be physically fit and able to endure extensive hours under stress * Strong multi-tasker with good telephone skills and deadline driven * Working schedule of 4-weeks on, 1-week off. 18 days annual leave per annum. * Single accommodation, uniform and meals on shift provided. * Valid RSA ID and Drivers License required. Own vehicle an advantage.
