Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant Manager to join. As an Accountant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax authorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA or ACCA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
