About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Electrical Products branch in Nelspruit, with a strong background in finance and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage department operations, including financial planning and budgeting
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product sales
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
Requirements
- BTech or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
- Marketing and/or Finance qualification advantageous
- Strong PC literacy
- Minimum 8 years industry experience with exposure to finance and staff management
- At least 5 years successful experience managing a department of similar size
- Strong technical background
- Proven leadership and people management skills

- Formal education/certifications: BTech or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
