Requirements Bachelors degree in business management, Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent. Postgraduate qualification (MBA/Masters) beneficial. 1015 years senior management experience, including 5 years at executive level. Timber industry experience. Strong background in transport, logistics, freight, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of South African regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. Proven track record in financial management, business growth, and leadership. Experience in transformation, team leadership, and organisational development. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Results-driven, resilient, and committed to safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Experience working with systems, process optimisation, and collaborative partnerships.
