An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Factory Engineer at a leading manufacturing site in Nelspruit. We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join a dynamic production environment and grow their career in engineering.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Assist with fault-finding and machine breakdowns.
• Support project and installation work.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure adherence to health & safety standards.
• Comply with ISO 9001/2000, ISO 14001, and NOSA systems.
• Take proactive preventative and corrective actions when required.
• Analyse data, interpret technical drawings, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Minimum Requirements & Experience

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
• BEng/Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Reliability, Maintenance, and CMMS-related qualifications
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Technical proficiency in:
  • CAD software (Computer-Aided Design).
  • Manufacturing processes.
  • Industry-related machinery and equipment.

Skills Required

• Computer literacy (essential).
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit.
