This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely loves children and takes pride in maintaining a happy, tidy, and organized home environment.Please note Relocation Requirement:This is a livein position in Upington, Northern Cape. The successful candidate must be willing and able to relocate to Upington at their own cost and arrangement. Our family is unable to assist with relocation travel, transport, or accommodation costs.Key ResponsibilitiesChildcare & Development (Primary Focus)- Provide full care for a 2yearold (feeding, bathing, diaper changing, safe sleep routine).- Prepare our 5yearold for school: dressing, healthy lunchbox, ensure they have everything needed.- Sterilize baby bottles, prepare formula/meals, feed on schedule.- Initiate and supervise ageappropriate educational play (reading, drawing, puzzles).- Assist with potty training (2yearold) as needed.- Manage childrens laundry and keep rooms/play areas clean and organized.- Maintain a watchful eye on the childrens safety and wellbeing at all times.Household Management- Perform daily light housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, tidying).- Wash and put away dishes; keep kitchen clean.- Assist with family meal preparation and cooking (meals provided for helper).
