Job Description
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Installer vouchers to be capture within the same day and accurately on the Multichoice portal
- Ensure the vrn’s are captured daily actioned immediately, to ensure no further claims by the installer of non-submission
- Ensure daily merchandising and housekeeping is managed to company standards
- Handle queries relating to POD’s from Head Office
- Issuing of stock when presented with a valid invoice-sign invoice to confirm issuing of correct stock
- Manage and capture the POD report i.e. 48-hour turnaround only
- POD scanning on DocuVision to be done daily
- Resolve sales queries within our SLA
- Verify that all documentation e.g. Trip sheet, waybill with couriers/own vehicle documentation is signed off beforehand as per the policy
- Packing and sending deliveries by courier (maximum 24 hours delay)
- Ensure GIT report is kept “clean” by checking it daily to see that nothing is listed in the stockroom
- Receiving, counting and GRV’ing stock
- Advising the main JHB warehouse of any discrepancies on received stock and follow up.
- Daily high-risk count to be performed and submit to the line manager highlighting any variances.
- Process Sales on Sage X3 and ensure correct process is followed.
- Complaints from sales representatives must be directed to the line manager
- Process GRC’s-ensure the write up of GRC’s is done immediately and follow the correct process
- Write out VRN’s for vouchers as brought in by clients
- Ensure bi-annual stock take is complete as per the Company process
- Ensure that all stock losses are line with the Company target
Minimum requirement:
Matric qualification/ Grade 12
Proficiency in English
Basic computer skills
Administrative proficiency
Stock management/stock taking
