About the Role
As a Sales Executive at ARCS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Nelspruit dealership. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while meeting or exceeding individual and dealership sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all vehicles, features, financing options, and promotions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare accurate sales documentation, contracts, and process vehicle deliveries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or related retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license.
