About the Role

Ideal & Selected Candidates is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing sales operations, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and quotations
• Train new employees on company procedures and policies
• Work with merchant machines to ensure smooth operations
• Understand and acknowledge customer requirements
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) for administrative tasks
• Maintain working knowledge of Pastel and Point of Sale systems

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a senior sales role
• Proven track record of managing a team
• Matric with relevant qualification
• Training and experience in processing orders and managing customer requirements
