Job Summary
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner – Answer and direct incoming calls – Maintain a clean and organized reception area – Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry – Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, statements of account, debits, and credits – Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary – Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient operations – Adhere to office policies and procedures Qualifications and Skills: – Fluent in English, knowledge of Afrikaans is advantageous – Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role – Strong communication and customer service skills – Basic understanding of debtors experience and accounting principles – Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment – Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor If you meet the qualifications and are available for a short-term assignment, we encourage you to apply for this position.A
