Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately process job card costings for service and repair work
– Handle full warranty administration, submissions, and follow-ups
– Ensure correct labour, parts, and sublet allocations
– Reconcile warranty claims and maintain required documentation
– Liaise with workshop, parts, and service departments to ensure accurate workflows
– Maintain compliance with OEM policies and dealership standards
– Support the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller where required
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Costing Clerk and/or Warranty Clerk in the automotive sector
– Strong understanding of dealership processes and OEM warranty procedures
– Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, etc.)
– Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Strong communication and organisational skills
