About the Role
HYPA is looking for driven and confident Sales Specialists: FTTH (Freelancer) to join our team in Newcastle. This role offers control over your income, with earnings directly tied to your sales performance. We provide product knowledge, tools, and support, while you focus on selling fiber-to-the-home services in your allocated area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door and online sales
- Educate potential customers about HYPA’s products and services
- Achieve sales targets and report on your progress
- Represent the HYPA brand professionally and enthusiastically
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent South African ID
- Clear criminal record
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Ability to work in the designated field daily
Salary & Benefits
- Commission-based role with a clear earning structure:
- 1 to 15 Sales = R150 each sale
- 16 Sales = R225 each sale
- Bonus on top for 30 Sales
