About the Role
Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor at The Vineyard Hotel, where we prioritise staff well-being and growth opportunities. As a crucial part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalised attention and trendsetting products.
Key Responsibilities
- Jointly manage In-Room dining to ensure every guest receives outstanding service
- Conduct regular training sessions with staff to promote world-class service standards
- Assist in achieving operational profitability by driving sales targets and managing costs
- Manage staff processes, including personal presentation, recruitment, performance, and conduct
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market hotel
- Flexible with ability to work shifts
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
- Experience using various hospitality technology suites
- Strong financial management and selling skills
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate from a recognised South African or International Educational Institution
