Key Responsibilities
- Process guest clothing, staff uniforms, and other related laundry services
- Ensure world-class service and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the hotel
- Provide a dependable laundry service while efficiently handling and storing cleaning materials and equipment
- Manage waste responsibly
Requirements
- Sound laundry experience at a 4/5* level with good knowledge of cleaning materials and chemicals
- Experience with guests’ laundry (valet service) is advantageous
- A Matric Certificate is required
- Ability to work various shifts, including late and early shifts
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification: Matric Certificate
