About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Call Centre Operator to join our team, responsible for answering and making calls related to vehicle on road breakdowns. As a key member of our support team, you will be required to engage with customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer or make calls related to vehicle on road breakdowns
- Respond efficiently and accurately to calls received
- Engage in active listening, confirming, and clarifying information to activate support staff
- Follow up and provide feedback on all calls received
- Utilize software, databases, and relevant tools to resolve issues swiftly
Requirements
- Matric Minimum 2 years experience in Technical/Mechanical environment
- Understanding of Truck and Trailer functionality and terms
- Proficiency with computers, Word, Excel, Tracking etc.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
