As part of a dynamic audit division of over 150 professionals, you’ll contribute to high-impact IT audits for crypto funds, banks, gaming companies, and insurers. This role combines international audit experience with exciting crypto-focused engagements while still giving you exposure to traditional IT assurance. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading blockchain and crypto audits, including reconciliations, wallet ownership testing, and risk assessments.
• Performing IT audits across a range of systems and technologies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and security.
• Supporting financial audit teams through IT assurance, including SOC reporting and ISAE/SSAE reviews.
• Using data analytics and automation to improve audit processes and outcomes.
• Collaborating with international clients and guiding junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a Big 4 environment.
• A degree in Accounting.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Genuine interest in crypto and blockchain technology.
• Willingness to relocate to the Bahamas (North America).
• Openness to transition from finance/accounting into IT auditing.

Great-to-Have:

• CA(SA) designation.
• Previous crypto audit experience.
