A well established company based in Lonehill requires a Debtors & Creditors Clerk / Junior Bookkeeper to join the finance team on a 6 fixed-term basis. Due to a growing workload, the implementation of a new stock system, and other ongoing projects, the accounts department requires additional support to ensure smooth operations. The role is designed to ease the current workload and provide immediate value to the team. Responsibilities include general bookkeeping tasks, with a strong focus on debtors and creditors management. o Processing and reconciling debtors and creditors accounts o Capturing and maintaining accurate financial records o Assisting with general bookkeeping duties o Supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting functions o Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures o Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding account queries o Will assist with the VAT preparations QUALIFICATION: Prior experience in bookkeeping, debtors, and creditors management Proficiency in Pastel Accounting software (essential) Ability to add value quickly with minimal training Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Very well spoken
