is partnering with a luxury hospitality group, with a portfolio of properties in Zambia, to recruit a highly organised and professional , who will be based in Johannesburg. This role is ideally suited to a detail oriented and service driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and providing high level support to senior leadership. The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day to day functioning of the sales operation within a luxury travel and hospitality context. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing Director and Sales Managers. Responsibilities include managing client enquiries and follow ups, coordinating itineraries and familiarisation trips, handling client communication, and ensuring accurate record keeping across all sales activities. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential, as the role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Reservations, while supporting reporting, presentations, meetings, and ad hoc sales projects. The position demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Requirements: · Two to four years’ experience in sales coordination, luxury hospitality, or travel operations · Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail · Confident and professional verbal and written communication ability · High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint · Experience using ResRequest is advantageous · Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment · A strong client focused approach with a collaborative team mindset · Stable employment history and contactable references.
