About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced TLB Machine Operator to join our team at Multiform Human Development in the North West region. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our TLB machine to assist with various projects on our site. If you have a proven track record as a TLB Machine Operator or similar role and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the TLB machine to assist with loading, and production related tasks
Follow project instructions from foremen and site supervisors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Inspect and maintain the TLB machine on a regular basis to ensure it is in good working condition
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work tasks and schedules
Perform minor repairs and adjustments to the TLB machine as needed

Requirements

Proven experience as a TLB Machine Operator or similar role
Valid TLB license
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to operate and maintain a TLB machine effectively and safely
Strong understanding of construction and excavation procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments

Qualifications

Completed relevant training or certification for TLB operation (if applicable)
