A highly respected mining company based in the North West is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator Mining to join their dynamic team Experience Required: · Minimum of 6 years experience in a conventional mining environment as a Miner or Shift Supervisor · At least 2 years experience as a training officer Requirements: · National Senior Certificate / NQF Level 4 in Training Practices. · Blasting certificate. · Shift supervisor certificate. · Mine Overseer Certificate or Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Development. · Coach the Learner / Trainer the Trainer / Facilitate Learning NQF Level 3. Conduct Outcomes-Based Assessment Certification and Registration with the MQA / QCTO.
