About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in the beautiful Northern Cape. As a live-in position, this role requires someone with excellent guest relations, administrative competence, and a warm hosting style. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of lodge operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintenance
- Ensure consistently high standards across all departments
- Coordinate logistics, events, and activities with guests and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate financial records, budgeting, cost control, and achieving profitability
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a luxury 5* property in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to lead and mentor a team of staff
- Conservation-oriented and a genuine love for the bush and nature
- Comfortable living in an off-grid and remote environment
Qualifications
- Relevant hospitality tertiary qualification (e.g., B-Tech or equivalent)
