About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in the beautiful Northern Cape. Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of lodge operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintenance
Ensure consistently high standards across all departments
Coordinate logistics, events, and activities with guests and stakeholders
Maintain accurate financial records, budgeting, cost control, and achieving profitability

Requirements

Matric
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a luxury 5* property in a similar role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
The ability to lead and mentor a team of staff
Conservation-oriented and a genuine love for the bush and nature
Comfortable living in an off-grid and remote environment

Qualifications

Relevant hospitality tertiary qualification (e.g., B-Tech or equivalent)
