Were seeking hardworking, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in creating fresh, welcoming spaces.Flexible depending on client bookings; hours may increase as the business grows and schedules expand.Responsibilities:- Perform general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing)- Handle deep cleaning when needed (kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, windows, bins)- Follow checklists and client instructions for quality results- Use cleaning products and equipment safely- Report damages or concerns to management- Respect client confidentiality and belongings- Be punctual, reliable, and uphold ProCleans standards of professionalism and honestyRequirements: – Grade 10 minimum (Matric preferred)- Cleaning experience preferred, but not required- Must be willing to complete a background check before starting work.- Physically able to perform cleaning duties- Must be willing to complete basic hygiene/housekeeping courses- Ability to work independently or in a team- Strong attention to detail, communication, and reliability- Access to transport for job sites- Flexible availability (weekdays + some weekends)What We Offer:- Hourly pay + travel allowance (outside Northern Suburbs)- Pay growth as clients and hours increase- Training and skills development- Incentives for positive client feedback- Supportive team culture and growth opportunities- Be part of building a brand-new business
