A leading Cape Town based food service distributor seeks the services of an experienced Despatch SupervisorJob Requirements/duties ~ Assist the Logistics Manager in planning the daily despatch routes, loading activities & management of team.Ensure invoices are correct & route sheets are allocated to the delivery route. Ensure products are checked for deviations from quality standards such as labels, expiry dates, packaging. Ensure all products are correctly weighed before loading. Ensure that temperature controls for the dispatch area and all products to be loaded are adhered to. Train new personnel in loading actions.
