Job Summary
Our client in George is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented office administrative to join the team.
The ideal person will be bilingual in Afrikaans and English and have experience in Pastel.
Clients: Invoicing, credits, statements, allocate payments,
Suppliers: Ordering stock, recon supplier accounts.
Internal sales: Quotes, develop relationship with clients, strong knowledge of Pastel and Microsoft office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer Phone calls and respond to emails.
- Taking Notes at the meetings
- Diary Management
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Providing general administrative support
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Spreadsheet and database management.
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Office ( Word ,Excel, Powerpoint ,Outlook)
- Experience in Pastel
- Grade 12
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
