Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boilermaker with proven experience in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of pipework and mechanical systems related to water and wastewater treatment equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pressure vessels, tanks, pipelines, and other structures associated with municipal or industrial water and wastewater infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate, assemble, and install steel and alloy pipework for water and wastewater systems in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.Fit and weld components including flanges, valves, pumps, and pressure-rated fittings used in water and sewage treatment systems.Interpret and work from engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometric diagrams specific to water and wastewater applications.Perform maintenance and repairs on tanks, clarifiers, aerators, filters, and other treatment equipment.Pressure test completed pipework and systems to ensure integrity and compliance with safety standards.Ensure all work meets industry codes and regulatory requirements, including ASME and environmental safety guidelines.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently in workshop and site environments.
