Minimum requirements: 810 years proven experience in Sales Management within FMCG or Food & Beverage , including managing field sales teams and third-party agencies. Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales . Strong analytical capability with experience in KPI-driven sales environments. Solid understanding of FMCG economics, pricing structures, and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , BI tools , and ERP systems. Valid drivers licence and reliable transport.
