Requirements:
Matric qualification, A minimum of 1-year hands-on polishing experience. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Strong time management and physical stamina. Proficient in polishing techniques such as rotary, manual flatting and orbital or dual-action polishing. Knowledge of paint mixing and utilizing scales when required. Flexible, adaptable and well-versed in the latest polishing processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform mental mathematical calculations. Key
Responsibilities:
Execute daily polishing tasks and ensure consumables are pre-ordered. Prepare aircraft components for paint application or touch-ups using masking, sanding, buffing and polishing techniques. Inspect components for damages or defects before and after polishing to maintain quality standards. Polish components to achieve a high gloss finish using specialized tools and equipment. Remove imperfections such as scratches and swirl marks while adhering to strict quality standards. Apply wax, sealants and other protective coatings to enhance the finish`s appearance and durability. Maintain traceability documentation for all components handled. Ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous waste materials. Uphold cleanliness and housekeeping standards in line with the companys 5S policy. How to Apply:
