Executive Pastry Chef – Luxury Five Star Hotel, Abuja, Nigeria
Our client operates one of the leading hotels in Nigeria and they are now looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to oversee their very busy Pastry and Bakery departments. The ideal candidate will be a solid, strong pastry all rounder with excellent buffet and a la carte pastry skills as well as a very good working knowledge in bakery. The Hotel has over 350 rooms, six F&B outlets and banqueting for up to 2,500 guests so candidates must be used to consistently dealing with high volumes and have the ability to manage a multicultural brigade with efficiency and sensitivity. Candidates must have at least three years experience in a senior Pastry role in an international four or five star standard property and ideally should also have some prior remote location exposure.

Salary up to US$4,000 net per month depending on experience
