Job Description
-
Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen at all times

Preparation, plating and ensure all meals are fresh, consistent, tasty and beautiful

Stock takes and ordering
-
Butchery supervision and stock control
-
Recipe development and staff training
-
Overseeing boat cruises which have food on board
-
Food cost and monthly reports
-
Ensuring all equipment is kept in good running order by making swift reports to maintenance team
