Group Chief Engineer Papua New Guinea Lead Engineering Across Multiple Hotels & Hospitality Venues We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Chief Engineer to oversee engineering and maintenance operations across several hotels and hospitality venues in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering and maintenance teams across multiple properties Oversee and ensure preventative maintenance programs are implemented and monitored Manage and mentor local and multicultural teams of engineering and maintenance professionals Coach and develop staff to achieve high performance and professional growth Drive operational excellence and safety across all engineering functions Report to senior management on technical, operational, and maintenance performance Requirements Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Group Engineer in hospitality Experience managing in hardship or remote locations Skilled in leading multicultural teams Strong technical knowledge of hotel engineering systems and preventative maintenance programs Experienced in mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering professionals Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Able to operate across multiple properties and fast-paced environments Package Salary: US$5,000 net Accommodation; medical cover, annual flight home This is an exceptional opportunity for senior engineering professionals seeking a leadership role in Papua New Guineas premium hospitality sector.
