Job Description The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder in the kitchen, confident in all sections including hot, cold, and pastry (some pastry experience will be a definite advantage). You should bring at least 34 years of experience in a fine-dining or luxury establishment and demonstrate a strong understanding of high-quality plating, consistency, and modern cooking techniques. We are also open to seasonal chefs seeking a shorter fixed-term contract flexibility can be discussed during the interview process.
