Bachelor`s degree or diploma iin Marketing, Business, or a related field Should have 2 years experience in both sales and marketing roles Must have excellent working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom Must have excellent communication skills Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Must have excellent working knowledge of Mircosoft Office Must possess strong business writing skills and be able to produce high-quality documents. Should have excellent attention to detail Should be aware of all the latest digital marketing tactics strategies and securities Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment Should have the ability to think creatively and work independently Must be able to travel locally and internationally, when required Must be a creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies through digital marketing, events, and partnerships Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and sales to align with business objectives and customer needs Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to adapt strategies, identify trends, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership Create and optimize marketing materials, including copywriting, content creation, and digital community management, while facilitating design projects and maintaining relationships with external agencies Manage CRM, support sales teams with up-to-date resources, and stay informed on industry trends to recommend improvements This is a live-out position Package: R20kpm, 21 days annual leave per year, the opportunity to travel to the Seychelles, when applicable
