Job Description: Lead on-site technicians to deliver safe, high-quality, and productive work Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, installations, and PLC fault finding Apply strong welding and fabrication proficiency in line with safety and quality standards Train and mentor team members while collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and reduce costs Skills & Experience: Minimum of five years experience as a qualified millwright within a manufacturing or fabrication environment At least two years experience in a supervisory or team lead role Strong working knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques Solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems Proven leadership capability with strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality and safety standards Qualification: Millwright Trade Test (essential) Additional technical training or certifications advantageous Valid passport and drivers license Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
