About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team at Farm Manager SA. With a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with sales and marketing teams, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and facilities management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Excel and Pastel
- Provide administrative support to the farm manager and team members
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies as required

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office manager capacity with good knowledge of business operations, facilities management, and administrative best practices
- Computer literate with proven experience using Excel and Pastel software
