Job Summary
Hire Resolves client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operational Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency of a reputable and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
-
Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
-
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
-
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-
Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls
-
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries
-
Analyze operational performance and provide insights to management
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
24 years of experience in an operational or financial accounting role
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
-
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
