• TBAC and its partners play a key role in socialising the National TB Program Strategic Plans and the TB Recovery Plan at community level, while ensuring community priorities inform policy and practice

• As part of this work, TBAC will host its annual consortium convening on 26-27 November 2025, serving as a review of progress and setting the agenda for the year ahead. To support this, TBAC seeks a consultant to design its first ‘TBAC Stakeholder Report’ a publication that will showcase updates from coalition partners, highlight major activities and reflect key achievements of TBAC over the past year

Main purpose of the job / Scope of work and deliverables:
The consultant will be responsible for designing the ‘TBAC Stakeholder Report’, combining visual and written content to communicate the impact and spirit of TBAC’s work. Specific tasks include:

• Designing a 40 page A4 size Stakeholder Report
• Sourcing and integrating appropriate visuals
• Ensuring alignment with TBAC’s visual identity and brand

Required minimum education and training:

• Postgraduate Qualification in Graphic Design or related field

Required minimum work experience:

• Minimum five years’ experience carrying out similar projects

Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities:

• Demonstrated graphic design and editing skills
• Skilled in the usage of necessary and appropriate graphic design tools
• Experienced in designing communication materials for non-profit, health justice organisations; and
• Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated initiative
• Expert understating of media landscape relating to civil society
