The Financial Manageress will have a team of accountants and clerks reporting to her.She will oversee the daily accounting process of the business as well as be responsible for the monthly / quarterly /annual financial reporting.Information Technology industry experience will be a huge advantageQualificationsMatric (required)Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required.SAIPA/CIMA registered.Experience3 years in a Senior Financial role, Managing a team of accountants and clerks.Strong experience in financial analysis and reportingAdvanced excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.SAGE and pastel partner experienceAbility to develop financial and operational models.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily processing for the finance team.Review of monthly reconciliationsTreasury managementMonth end process completion (including monthly journals preparations)Monthly / quarterly /annual financial reportingPrepare and run annual audit and financial statements.Financial analysisProcess improvement.Ensure company compliance with IFRS.Ad hoc projects as assigned by Managing Director
