Job Title: Payroll Representative
Location: Netherlands

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• A degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
• Experience in payroll processing and systems.
• Knowledge of tax and labor laws related to payroll.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Process and verify payroll for all company employees.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll documentation and audits.
