<p><strong>Private Family</strong> based at a <strong>Game Reserve</strong> close to <strong>Philippolis</strong> is looking for an <strong>Early Childhood Tutor & Farm School Developer</strong></p><p>This position ideal for a <strong>kind, organized</strong> educator with additional, providing foundational <strong>education</strong>, play-based <strong>learning </strong>and<strong> emotional development</strong> for two children (ages 3 and 1.5) in a <strong>remote setting</strong> on a wildlife game reserve.</p><p>The tutor will also be tasked with <strong>developing, initiating</strong> and <strong>growing</strong> a <strong>small, progressive "farm</strong> <strong>school"</strong> that may eventually <strong>serve children</strong> from the staffs families and other farms.</p><p>This role combines <strong>hands-on teaching, creative curriculum development</strong> and a strong sense of <strong>independence </strong>and <strong>care</strong>. The ideal candidate brings <strong>passion</strong> for early <strong>learning </strong>and <strong>additional</strong> <strong>secondary skills</strong> that can enrich the <strong>wider reserve environment</strong>.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>Provide play-based early education for young kids in a remote reserve setting.</p><p>Design and grow a nature-based micro-school</p><p>Develop and deliver daily learning activities, routines, and developmental goals from scratch.</p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p>Early Childhood Development (ECD) certificate or diploma strongly preferred</p><p>Montessori, Waldorf, or similar certification is a plus</p><p>First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)</p><p>3+ years in early childhood education, tutoring, or play therapy</p><p>Highly creative and resourceful in low-resource, remote environments</p><p>Organized, patient, gentle, and emotionally mature</p><p>Able to work independently with minimal supervision</p><p>Bonus: yoga, wellness, fitness, counselling, life coaching, admin, or mindfulness training</p><p>Valid drivers license</p><p><strong>Package & Benefits:</strong></p><p>Monthly Salary: R8-10K depending on experience and qualifications</p><p>Opportunity to be involved with a dynamic team and Big Cat conservation, and a rare opportunity to co-create a micro-school from the ground up</p><p>Live- in (board and lodging with a private ensuite room)</p><p>Hospitality industry norms apply</p>
