Job Summary
A well established property management company based in PMB are looking for an experienced individual to assist the Body Corporate Portfolio Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of properties (Commercial and residential).
Requirements:
Sectional title property management experience advantageous Registered with the PPRA holding a valid FFC advantageous Experience with a small payroll system advantageous Good knowledge of the STSMA and CSOS Act
Responsibilities:
Oversee the efficient and effective administration and management of owner and trustees relationships Ensure the efficient and effective administration and management of related processes Review monthly results and ensure regular and accurate reporting to all relevant stakeholders / trustees Assisting in the effective property management of complexes Oversee municipal related processes Review monthly business unit results and ensure regular and accurate reporting. Note: This is a SIX MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT initially
