About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant CA(SA) to join our Audit, Accounting, and Tax Department as a leader and manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, reviewing and signing off on reports, and managing quality control processes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management within the Audit, Accounting, and Tax Department nationally
- Drive business development initiatives
- Review and sign off on all reports ensuring quality and compliance
- Manage and oversee quality control processes within the firm
- Supervise, train, and develop staff members
- Develop, manage, and monitor branch revenue targets
- Implement and manage projects effectively
Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA) with a tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience within an audit firm
- Registered Auditor (Assurance) is preferred
